Content Creator

to work closely with our Founder & CEO, Dain Walker, and help build one of the strongest founder-led personal brands in the branding space globally.

This isn’t a role where you sit around waiting for a content brief.

You’ll be

in the room, behind the camera and close to the action

capturing Dain’s ideas, conversations, meetings, travel, speaking, podcast appearances and everyday moments, then turning them into content people actually want to watch.

What you'll be doing:

Work closely with Dain to capture content consistently throughout his week

Film high quality short and long form content across different environments

Edit in real time

and turn raw moments into publish ready content quickly

Build and maintain a deep

content bank , so we’re always ahead rather than scrambling for the next post

Identify outstanding content moments without needing to be told what to capture

Turn one idea or conversation into multiple pieces across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube

Develop hooks, storytelling angles, captions and creative concepts

Stay across trends, formats and emerging creator styles without blindly copying them

Help establish a consistent visual and editorial style for Dain

Use performance data to understand what’s working and create more of it





Help position Dain as a

global thought leader in branding, personal branding and entrepreneurship

Who we're looking for:

You’re

obsessed with content and the founder/entrepreneurship world .

You probably already follow creators and entrepreneurs like Alex Hormozi, Dan Martell and other founder-led brands and you understand why their content works, not just what it looks like.

You’ll ideally have:

Strong videography and short form editing skills

A natural eye for

hooks, pacing, storytelling and retention

Experience creating content for founders, entrepreneurs, executives or personal brands

The ability to shoot, edit and publish quickly

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube

An eye for premium design and brand consistency

Confidence working closely with a founder in a fast-moving environment

The initiative to see a content opportunity and capture it without being asked

Most importantly, we want someone who

lives and breathes content .

Someone who can spend a day with Dain and walk away with

weeks of genuinely great content,

not just a camera roll full of footage.
