Monthly RDO, permanent full time, $70-$80K base

The Role: The

Dealer Administration Coordinator

supports the National Sales Team and is a key contact for the Dealer Network. The role coordinates dealer communications, stock updates, CRM data, lead reviews and audits, while supporting dealer performance, KPI achievement and brand standards across the national network.

You will need to demonstrate:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date Dealer CRM and portal records

Record all Dealer communications, interactions and activities in CRM

Distribute new sales and Dealer materials within 48 hours

Coordinate communications for quarterly Dealer conferences

Record Dealer sessions, training and inductions in CRM

Assist Dealers with stock enquiries, allocations and order status





Liaise with Planning and Stock teams to resolve discrepancies

Monitor stock and allocation accuracy against factory records

Support aged stock, allocation reviews and clearance stock activities

Distribute Dealer bulletins and communications as required

Track Dealer confirmation, engagement and open ratesSupport achievement of Dealer performance objectives and KPIs
