Your Next Opportunity Clarendon Homes, part of the Campbell Property Group (CPG) — one of Australia’s leading residential construction and property development companies — is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team at Norwest. You’ll be responsible for processing a high volume of subcontractor and supplier invoices with accuracy, ensuring compliance with company procedures, and maintaining strong relationships across internal departments. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team within a well-established home building brand.

What You’ll Do

Process a high volume of invoices with precision and attention to detail

Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies promptly

Perform regular reconciliations of vendor and subcontractor statements

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Collaborate with internal departments to address payment-related enquiries

Support month-end processing and reporting as required.

About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:

Previous experience in accounts payable or a related finance position

Proficiency in accounting software such as Timberline, TimberScan, or similar systems

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliations





Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
