Position Details Role Title: Supply Chain Coordinator - Mandarin Speaking

Skills & Experience We are looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded and enjoys working in a quick-paced environment.

Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, inventory management or a similar role

Experience using MYOB or another ERP system is highly desirable

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organisational and time management skills

The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Strong written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team

Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

Mandarin language skills are preferred due to regular communication with the China office and suppliers

Key Responsibilities

Accurately process stock receipts and FOB supplier invoices in MYOB

Assist with purchase order planning and inventory coordination

Maintain and update Purchase Orders (POs)



and Sales Orders (SOs) in MYOB

Support order tracking, supplier follow-up and inventory updates

Liaise with internal teams and overseas suppliers to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time

Provide general supply chain and administrative support across the business

Assist with other supply chain and operational activities as required
