About the Role This full time

Dispatch & Bookings Operator

role with

Sub60 Express Couriers & Logistics

in Ashmore offers an opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced express courier operation.

Working from our operations base, you’ll coordinate same-day courier movements, manage live dispatch, process bookings, and ensure time‑critical deliveries run smoothly across South East Queensland.

What You’ll Be Doing

Finding the best routes and seeing where vehicles are in real time

Booking in jobs via phone call and online

Coordinate real‑time dispatch of courier drivers and vehicles

Manage bookings and delivery schedules for time‑critical consignments

Monitor live job progress and adjust routes as required

Maintain constant communication with drivers and customers

Resolve service issues quickly and professionally

Assist quoting local, interstate & international freight solutions

Occasionally unload & coordinate stored/transferred shipments for dispatch

Accurately maintain distribution records and job documentation





Support continuous improvement of operational processes

Assist management with operational duties as required

What We’re Looking For Essential

2+ years’ experience in dispatch & allocating jobs to drivers, bookings, or courier operations

Strong organisation and time management skills

High adaptable to changing operational demands

Ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Confident using dispatch, scheduling, or job management systems

Team-focused with the ability to work independently

Desirable

Experience in express or same-day courier services

Knowledge of SEQ metro area
