Pakenham Mazda is Multi Award winning Mazda Master Dealer. This full-time position is based in our Pakenham South, location. We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support for their Mazda vehicles. What you'll be doing

Providing professional and courteous customer service to all Mazda vehicle owners Accurately assessing vehicle repair and maintenance needs, with the ability to communicate these directly to customers Booking and scheduling customer appointments to ensure timely and productive service delivery Liaising with the workshop team to coordinate repairs and ensure customer expectations are met Actively resolving customer queries and concerns in a friendly and empathetic manner Maintaining detailed records of all service interactions and recommendations Promoting Mazda's range of products, services and accessories to customers Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Pakenham Mazda service department What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' Service Advisor experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly,



confident and professional manner High attention to detail, strong time management and problem-solving skills Team player with proactive work ethic Competent computer skills including basic Microsoft Office and ability to learn dealership management systems (training provided). Previous experience in automotive (is an advantage) An interest in vehicles and automotive industry (is an advantage) Current valid driver's licence A genuine passion for the Mazda brand and delivering exceptional customer experiences What we offer
