Junior Sales Representative - Kick-start your career in Sales! We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our energetic Sydney sales team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn, challenge themselves and build a long-term career in technical and solution-based sales. You will start by learning the business, our machinery and our customers, while working alongside an experienced sales team. As your knowledge, confidence and sales skills grow, you will work towards the long-term goal of managing and developing your own client base.

Key responsibilities

Building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service

Managing inbound sales enquiries and confidently making outbound calls

Assisting customers with rental machinery enquiries and requirements

Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure enquiries are managed efficiently

Learning how to identify and qualify customers' manufacturing and production challenges

Understanding customer requirements and matching them with the right machinery and equipment solutions

Following up enquiries and maintaining regular communication with prospective and existing customers

Learning our machinery range and developing strong product and industry knowledge

Working closely with an experienced sales team and learning the full sales process from the ground up
