The Opportunity It is an exciting time to join our industry leading RTO to deliver the

CHC33021 Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing and Disability ) in a face-face classroom environment to our job seeker domestic students across our

Salisbury, Northlakes and Ipswich

training locations.

This role will require at least

1-2 days per week for conducting placement visits

and assessing students work and the other

3 days will be in person classroom training.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and inspirational face to face training sessions in accordance with the RTO's standards and guidelines

Provide support and guidance to students through innovative and exciting learning opportunities





Assess and support student competency and achievement through one on one and group training

Conduct student placement visits

Provide constructive feedback on learning resources and training products

Maintain accurate training records and documentation

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of recent or current experience in an aged care role and maintained your vocational currency

1+ years’ experience in delivering VET training

Ability to engage with a diverse cohort and deliver engaging classroom sessions motivating students to progress their own learning

Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Great time management with robust verbal and written communication skills

Current Working with Children Check

Current Australian Driver’s Licence

Qualifications

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing and/or Disability)
