Customer Service Consultant - Healthcare We're looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join a friendly and team-oriented Customer Care Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll be a key point of contact for customers and home patients, providing responsive and professional support throughout the order and delivery process.

Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH

Responsibilities

Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently

Assisting with enquiries relating to product availability, pricing and orders

Investigating and resolving customer complaints





Coordinating product returns and processing customer credits

Monitoring stock availability and ensuring orders meet required delivery timeframes

Managing product complaints and adverse event reporting where required

About You

1-3 years' experience in customer service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce & JDE Oracle highly regarded

The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Confidence working across multiple systems and sources of information

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
