We're seeking an experienced Quality Control / Foreman / Workshop Controller to lead and manage our workshop operations. This is a hands‑on leadership role overseeing vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance while ensuring exceptional quality standards and customer satisfaction.

You’ll be responsible for team supervision, quality assurance, workshop scheduling, and driving operational excellence across our service center. This is an opportunity to lead a skilled team and make a real impact in a qualified automotive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and supervise workshop technicians and support staff

Oversee all vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance work

Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards

Manage workshop scheduling and workflow optimization

Identify and resolve quality issues and technical challenges

Liaise with service advisors and customer service teams

Maintain accurate documentation and service records





Implement safety and procedural compliance across the workshop

Drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a workshop foreman, quality controller or supervisor

Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs
