Key responsibilities Facilitate Social Support Planned Activity Group (PAG), assist with room set up and pack away

Provide supervision and assistance in matters of personal care if required

Drive 12 seat vehicle to pick up/drop off clients attending programs and during excursions

Facilitate special activities, outings and events from time to time

Encourage appropriate participation of all clients

Work with individuals focusing on individual goal plans

Implement and observe WHS practices and procedures and report risks

Continue Professional Development to ensure quality of care provision

About you Minimum Cert III+ in Aged Care/Individual Support, HACC or related qualification

Current First Aid Certificate (level 2) or willingness to obtain it

Current Working With Children Certificate or willingness to obtain it

Willingness to undergo current police check prior to commencing

Demonstrated experience driving a 12 seater vehicle





Proven ability in working in a team environment

Minimum two (2) professional references

Undergo Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme (DWES)

Influenza vaccinations mandatory unless exempt
