About the role As an Education Counsellor at PFEC Global, you’ll help students explore the right study destinations, courses, and institutions for their goals. You’ll connect with students and families, answer their questions, follow up on enquiries, and support them throughout their application journey. Previous experience as an Education Counsellor is preferred.

Key responsibilities

Counsel prospective students on suitable education options, courses, and institutions

Handle enquiries through phone, email, and in-person consultations

Follow up with prospective and existing clients and convert enquiries into applications





Achieve individual and team sales and conversion targets

Maintain solid, professional relationships with clients

Stay updated on university courses, entry requirements, scholarships, and industry developments

Coordinate with education providers and follow up on application outcomes

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM

Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements

Identify potential issues and elevate them to the appropriate team members

Requirements

Graduation in any discipline

Minimum 1 year of experience as an Education Counsellor

Strong communication, counselling, and customer service skills

Target-driven with a strong focus on client satisfaction and conversion

Good knowledge of Australian education providers and courses will be highly regarded

Must hold valid Australian work rights for full-time employment
