About the Role In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students and families interested in tutoring services, connecting with warm leads to understand their needs and recommend suitable programs. You will manage a busy pipeline, follow up with prospective customers and guide families through the sales journey, with a focus on converting suitable leads into new enrolments. You will build genuine rapport with parents and students, represent the face of the business and work towards clear individual and team targets while maintaining a student-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

Handle warm inbound and outbound calls, emails and texts with students and parents, understanding their needs and recommending suitable programs – NO COLD CALLING





Follow up with warm leads and families who have completed or registered for a free trial

Build and manage a busy sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and converting suitable leads into current enrolments

Build strong relationships through genuine, consultative conversations and address customer concerns

Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes while managing individual activity, conversion and revenue KPIs

About You

You must have or be willing to purchase your own laptop

Retail, hospitality, call centre, sales or customer service experience

Strong communication and rapport-building skills

Solutions-focused with confidence handling concerns

Motivated by individual and team targets

Organised and able to manage a busy pipeline

Confident with CRM systems and technology

Positive, collaborative team player

Full Australian working rights (no student or working holiday visas)
