creating immersive and cutting-edge iGaming experiences for players around the

globe.

this is not a typical studio role. Our Virtual Gaming

Hosts remain anonymous, as customers see only the animated

character on screen,

not the person wearing the motion-capture suit.

Full training and ongoing support are provided

as you become familiar with the

role and the equipment used. You will work in a live studio environment with

opportunities to develop new skills and progress into leadership or other areas of the

business.

new career. No previous gaming, hosting, studio or on-camera experience is

required as training is provided. What matters most is that you are dependable,

comfortable communicating, open to learning and able to work as part of a team.

About the Role This is a unique, studio-based Virtual Gaming Host (VGH) position within our Internal

Operations team.

A Note on Rostered Hours This role will suit someone who enjoys variety in their working week, is comfortable

working outside traditional business hours or values having time available during the

day.

The studio keeps the streams running around the clock, so shifts are rostered 24/7

across days, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays on a rotating

basis. Applicants must be available to work across the full rotating roster.

We recognise that overnight and weekend work asks more of our people.



That's why these shifts attract penalty rates above the applicable award minimum.

What You Will Do Live Hosting

Host live sessions in a real-time motion-capture studio.

Create an engaging and professional experience for customers.

Communicate clearly and confidently while following required facilitation style.

Follow procedures to keep each session smooth, consistent and fair.

Maintain awareness of the live studio environment.

Identify and elevate irregularities when required.

Complete required checks before and after live sessions.

Help ensure the studio is ready to support uninterrupted live streams.

Use, care for, maintain, store and account for motion-capture suits and

Complete required suit and equipment-care activities as directed.

Maintain Health, Safety and Quality Standards

Follow health, safety and environmental requirements in the studio and

shared workspaces.

Contribute to a safe, respectful and supportive team environment.

Apply studio procedures and instructions consistently.

Maintain professional standards during all live sessions.





We are Looking for Full-time & Part-time applicants You do not need to come from a particular industry or have followed a traditional

career path. Skills developed through different work, caring responsibilities,

community involvement, education or other life experiences may all be relevant to

this role.

Experience

Experience in customer service, hospitality, entertainment, presenting, retail,

helpful.
