to join our team.
We’re not looking for someone who simply answers phones and books appointments. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys
helping people, solving problems and making the repair process as smooth as possible for our customers .
As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play an important role in creating a professional and positive experience from the moment a vehicle arrives until it is ready to go home.
What you'll be doing
Welcoming customers and providing exceptional service
Answering phone calls, emails and customer enquiries
Booking vehicles in and coordinating appointments
Keeping customers updated on repair progress
Liaising with insurance companies, assessors and suppliers
Managing customer records and repair documentation
Coordinating vehicle collection and delivery
Following up customers and keeping communication proactive
Supporting the workshop and management team with administration
Helping resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is:
Confident, friendly and professional
Highly organised and able to multitask
Comfortable using computers and modern business systems
Reliable and takes pride in their work
Calm under pressure
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Genuinely interested in providing a great customer experience
Automotive or smash repair experience is an advantage, but not essential.
If you have strong customer service and administration skills, we'll provide the industry knowledge.
