working across multi-level apartment projects driving works through rough-in, fit-off and completion completing quality installations across apartments and common areas reading drawings and identifying issues early coordinating or supporting tradesmen and apprentices checking quality before work is covered up supporting testing, commissioning and ITCs maintaining JMC's safety, quality and site standards Leading Hands will take greater responsibility for crew coordination, daily workflow and supporting the Site Foreman. Tradesmen will take ownership of their allocated work areas and support the wider site team. WHO THIS IS FOR
