This is a full-time, ongoing position offering a salary of $78,812 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.

Please note: This role will involve regular travel between Box Hill Institute campuses and external locations, therefore a current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle is required.

About the role You’ll be the face of Box Hill Institute across secondary schools and careers networks, building trusted relationships with students, educators and careers practitioners while representing the Institute through school visits, presentations, events, campus tours and community engagement activities.





You’ll work collaboratively across Box Hill Institute's various faculties and broader marketing team to develop the knowledge and insights needed to effectively represent our courses, pathways and student opportunities. Through these partnerships, you’ll help ensure schools, students and careers practitioners receive current, relevant and meaningful information that supports informed study and career decisions.

What you'll be doing:

Build and maintain strong partnerships with secondary schools and careers networks

Deliver presentations and information sessions to prospective students and key stakeholders

Promote Box Hill Institute courses, pathways and study opportunities

Respond to enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face interactions

Coordinate school visits, campus tours, events and recruitment activities

Support careers expos, information evenings and promotional events

Contribute to Institute-wide events, campaigns and projects in collaboration with the broader Marketing team, supporting activities that promote Box Hill Institute and enhance student recruitment, retention and engagement outcomes.

Maintain event booking systems and coordinate resources for engagement activities

Work collaboratively with faculties and internal stakeholders across the Institute

Contribute to student recruitment, retention and engagement initiatives, business planning and continuous improvement activities

Participate in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of engagement and recruitment activities to support enrolment outcomes

What You’ll Bring You’ll be a confident and engaging relationship builder with a passion for education and a commitment to delivering exceptional stakeholder and customer experiences.

Experience in education, training, student recruitment, marketing, communications or a related field

Highly developed relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills

Strong presentation and public speaking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The ability to influence, engage and connect with diverse audiences

Strong organisational and time management skills

A proactive and customer-focused approach

Confidence working across multiple priorities and events

A commitment to delivering exceptional service and positive student experiences

Experience using CRM, event management or stakeholder engagement systems, with strong digital literacy skills.

Qualifications/Requirements

Relevant qualification in Education, Training, Marketing,



Communications or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience

Victorian Driver Licence with access to a reliable motor vehicle.

Current Working with Children Check

Current National Police Check

Ability and willingness to travel between campuses and attend occasional after-hours events as required
