Senior Data Tester

Duration: 4 months contract commencing late September until end of Jan 2027.

Location: Brisbane

The successful candidate will work across

healthcare data models, data migration, data ingestion, reconciliation and downstream reporting , ensuring data is complete, accurate and successfully transferred across systems.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive

data testing, validation and reconciliation

Test healthcare/patient activity data models across a range of operational activities

Validate data ingestion from source applications into

enterprise data warehouse platforms

Perform source-to-target validation and identify data discrepancies

Conduct downstream

regression testing of reports and data outputs

Validate data flows between upstream and downstream applications

Test workforce and operational data models and associated integrations

Investigate data-quality issues and support defect triage and resolution

Work closely with data, integration, business and testing teams

Key Skills & Experience

Strong experience in

Data Testing and Data Migration Testing

Advanced

SQL/database querying

skills

Strong experience with

data validation and reconciliation

Experience testing

data warehouses, ETL/data ingestion processes and data pipelines

Strong understanding of source-to-target data flows

Experience testing downstream reporting and data outputs

Integration and regression testing experience

Ability to investigate complex data discrepancies and identify root causes

Strong stakeholder engagement and defect management skills

Healthcare data/testing experience highly desirable

Experience with

patient administration systems and patient activity data

would be highly regarded
