High profile and award winning cafe, Nectar Espresso is looking for an experienced Manager with a minimum of 3 years managing a high volume cafe to lead our team. Nectar is a high energy, fun and friendly coffee outlet, located on the beach and is very popular with our local community. It is a great place to meet and enjoy the Gold Coast lifestyle. The Manager role consists of the following duties; Experience in a high paced environment Ability to train and mentor your team Broad range of barista skills inc. specialty coffees Pre -planning and time management Understand you are an important part of a bigger team in a multi faceted business If you are someone who sees the whole picture, thinks ahead, is organised, hands on, leads with a positive attitude and wants to grow and develop in their role then please apply. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide a top quality Allpress coffee, delicious food and exceptional customer service all while working under pressure Please note; flexibility is required over a 7 day rotating roster with weekends, public holidays and school holidays our busiest periods Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as a Cafe Manager?
