Not because they stopped loving children. Not because they stopped caring. But because they've spent too much time working in places that made them question why they chose this industry in the first place. Too much stress. Too little support. Feeling like a number. Burning out. Not feeling heard. And sometimes, simply not enjoying coming to work anymore. If that sounds familiar, please don’t assume that every centre is the same! We'd love you to give us a chance before you walk away from an industry that you may actually still love. So, who are we?

We are a privately owned early childhood service where the people who work here genuinely matter! We don't believe in a huge management hierarchy where educators are left feeling like they're at the bottom. We believe in working alongside each other. Our educators have access to additional support from their management team, regular mentoring, opportunities to step away from the floor, career development, planning time and genuine conversations about how things are going. We don't employ casual educators to fill gaps in our team. Our team is stable! Our educators know each other, know the children and know the families. And that matters. We have educators who have been with us for 5, 10, 15+ years. That doesn't happen because a workplace is perfect, it happens because people feel valued enough to stay! But we're not going to tell you we're perfect…

We have busy days. We have challenging days. We have moments where things don't go to plan. We're working in early childhood - of course we do. What we can promise is that you won't be expected to navigate those things alone. We listen. We reflect.
