ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an engaged and influential individual to join our Cotton On KIDS team as a Social Media Coordinator. You will be responsible for the execution of the brand’s social media operations on all channels and platforms.
You will work closely with the broader Social Media team as well as the Digital Marketing Specialists to create, schedule and optimise content that engages our customers and builds brand awareness in line with our vision and DNA. From content ideation through to publishing and performance analysis, you will play a key role in bringing the KIDS brand to life across social platforms. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Tertiary qualification or degree in marketing or advertising, copywriting skills favourable
Demonstrated experience in a similar Social Media Coordinator role
Experience creating engaging social media content, including content planning, copywriting, trend identification and collaboration with creative teams to deliver brand-aligned campaigns
Knowledge of Web Analytics platforms, social media advertising and data analysis tools
Experience collaborating with design and technical development in creating key social media platform improvements
Monitor the competitive landscape and identify relevant market,
site and consumer research needs so that the Brand stays at forefront on social in each local region
Able to communicate weekly reports on social strategy, progress against growth targets and channel performance
