This is a full time position suited to a passionate hospitality professional with strong experience in Japanese cuisine, particularly sushi and hot food preparation. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese dishes, including sushi, sashimi and hot meals Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and consistency Assist with menu planning and development Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies Ensure compliance with food safety,



hygiene and workplace health standards Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Requirements
