As our Exercise Physiologist, you will work closely with clients to develop and deliver personalised exercise programs that support their health, mobility, independence and overall wellbeing. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while working alongside our dedicated care team. We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

Professional indemnity insurance Minimum 3 years clinical experience (community, rehabilitation or aged care experience highly regarded) Demonstrated passion for wellness, restorative care and reablement Strong leadership, mentoring and team development skills Commitment to delivering person-centred, high-quality care Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel Current national police check (completed in the last 12 months) Current first aid and CPR Relevant aged care healthcare compliance documentation and certification Excellent time management and organisational skills Solid communication and interpersonal abilities Relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills Sound clinical reasoning, problem-solving and critical thinking High attention to detail and documentation accuracy Confident using technology and clinical systems Understanding of aged care standard, compliance and ethical practice Genuine commitment to client-centred care and positive ageing Excellent time management and organisational skills
