Job Description Bring your passion for exceptional culinary experiences to one of Sydney’s most iconic coastal destinations! Join our Kitchen team at Manly Pacific and play an essential role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. Supporting our chefs across à la carte dining, banquets, room service and buffet operations, you'll help maintain a clean, organised and effective kitchen while contributing to exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Be Doing

Maintain cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment and utensils

Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure a continuous supply of clean kitchenware

Assist with basic food preparation and stock handling as required

Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS standards at all times

Support the Kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations





Qualifications About You!

You are reliable, hardworking and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. You'll also have:

Previous kitchen or stewarding experience preferred

A strong work ethic and positive attitude

Excellent attention to cleanliness and organisation

The ability to work efficiently under pressure

Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays

A team-focused attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond for guests

Valid Australian Working Rights / Visa is essential
