About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be a brand ambassador for Coach, creating memorable and elevated customer experiences while driving sales results. You will build genuine customer relationships, provide expert product knowledge, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences

Build lasting relationships through clienteling and personalised service

Share product knowledge and styling advice to connect customers with the right products

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling opportunities





Support visual merchandising standards and maintain an inspiring store environment

Assist with stock management, replenishment, and daily operational tasks

Process transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy

Collaborate with the team to achieve business goals and deliver outstanding results

What You'll Bring

Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience

A passion for fashion, luxury retail, and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence in achieving sales goals and working in a fast-paced environment
