THE ROLE Joining our Facilities team and working across our Melbourne CBD Scape portfolio, you'll help keep the best purpose-built student accommodation in Australia running safely and smoothly.

Plumbers are responsible for the preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of plumbing and hydraulic systems across our properties, working closely with Facilities Managers to ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained place to live.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE We are seeking a hands-on, safety-conscious tradesperson who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a supportive, fast-paced team.

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

A current, government-issued Plumbing, Drainage and Gas Fitting Licence (specific requirements vary by state/territory)

A current Construction Induction Card (White Card) for construction sites

Experience providing plumbing services, and using and maintaining power tools and equipment

Strong knowledge of hydraulic theory, water distribution and waste systems

Proficiency in reading and interpreting hydraulic schematics,



as-builts and technical manuals

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work unsupervised and follow directions

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams

Additional certifications for high-risk work, working at heights, or confined spaces are advantageous

A current First Aid Certificate and valid driver's licence

Please note: The successful candidate must be willing to undertake a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check
