Your role:
Taking over the temp desk and running it like your own business unit
Managing multiple live assignments at once, from booking through to completion
Staying on top of every follow up, with clients and candidates, without being chased
Building a bench of ready to go temps and keeping those relationships warm between assignments.
Sourcing and onboarding new temps weekly
Growing the desk with recent business and converting temps into permanent and temp to perm placements
