Based from Adelaide, this senior leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenge, leads with integrity, and knows how to balance the big-picture strategy with on-the-ground delivery. What You’ll Do Oversee and deliver complex, higher-value commercial and strata repairs Lead, mentor and develop a team of Senior Estimators and Supervisors Set the bar for quality, safety and client satisfaction Drive the division’s commercial performance – from margin control to pricing strategy Represent Nexus with professionalism and build trusted client relationships Champion scheduling, workflow and process excellence What You’ll Bring 7–10+ years’ experience in construction,



including senior leadership or project management roles Proven expertise in commercial and/or strata projects – insurance industry exposure highly regarded Strong financial acumen with P&L; and budgeting experience Confident leader and communicator who can engage internal teams and external stakeholders Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project or Smartsheet), Excel, and project tracking systems Why Nexus?
