Key Responsibilities

Leadthedailybreakfastpreparationandserviceoperation

Superviseandguideateamofuptofivebreakfastchefs

Trainandmentorjuniorkitchenteammembers

Contributeideastobreakfastmenus,seasonaldishesanddailyspecials





Maintainhighstandardsoffoodquality,consistencyandpresentation

Coordinatepreparationandensurethekitchenisfullyservice-ready

Monitorstocklevels,ordering,rotationandwastage

Maintainstrictfoodsafety,hygieneandkitchencleanlinessstandards

Ensuresmoothcommunicationandworkflowthroughoutbreakfastservice

Assistwithwiderkitchenoperationswhenrequired

Helpcreateapositive,professionalandteam-focusedkitchenenvironment

Contributetocontinuousimprovementacrosskitchenproceduresandservice

Requirements & Eligibility

Minimum2–5years'experienceinaSousCheforsimilarseniorkitchenrole

Strongexperienceworkinginbreakfastorbrunch-focusedkitchens

ExperiencewithmodernAustralianbreakfastcuisineishighlydesirable

Provenabilitytosuperviseanddevelopjuniorchefs

Confidentleadershipskillswiththeabilitytoleadbyexample

Strongunderstandingoffoodpreparation,presentationandqualitystandards

Knowledgeofstockcontrol,ordering,foodsafetyandkitchenprocedures

Abilitytoremainorganisedandcomposedduringbusyserviceperiods

Strongcommunicationandteamworkskills

Highlevelofattentiontodetailandconsistency
