Key Duties

Evaluate students' skills tocreate a flexible, individualised curriculuminEnglishthat addresses their specific needs andgoals.

Implement learning programsbased on research into how students learn, using formativeassessment techniques to adjust instruction and enhanceengagement and understanding.

Continuously refine teachingstrategies and activities using student feedback and assessmentdata to improve lesson plans anddelivery.

Developstudent-centredactivities that promote exploration andinnovation in product design, encouraging practical applicationof theoretical knowledge.

Sethighexpectationsto create a safe, inclusive,



and supportiveclassroom culture, fostering creativity andproblem-solving.

Skills and Experience

Demonstrated experience inteachingVCEEnglish at Secondary yearlevels.
