Staff rostering, recruitment and training

Opening and closing procedures

Stock control and ordering

Food cost and wastage control

Cash handling and POS management

Managing Uber Eats and DoorDash

Food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards

Staff performance and discipline

Daily sales and operational reporting

About you

Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience

Solid leadership and communication skills

Experience with rostering, stock control and food cost management

Good understanding of food safety requirements

Fluent Mandarin Chinese is required due to regular communication with Chinese-speaking team members, management and suppliers

Functional English communication skills are required

Ability to complete 2–3 weeks of paid training in Sydney, with accommodation and meal/travel support provided
