At this firm, a mid-market deal is not a junior’s file. You help lead it. My client acts for a blue-chip client base on mid-market corporate and commercial work. The matters are real: acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, and the contracts that hold a business together. You will not be the fifth lawyer on a mega-deal. You will sit beside a former top-tier partner and help run the transaction. That is the job. What you will do?
