Reporting directly to the Partners, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients while supporting both compliance and advisory projects. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and reviewing financial statements and income tax returns Managing annual compliance obligations across a range of entity structures Working directly with business owners and key client stakeholders Assisting with tax planning and strategic advisory engagements Supporting business structuring and asset protection initiatives Preparing management reports, forecasts and financial analysis Liaising with the ATO and other regulatory bodies Mentoring junior team members and contributing to workflow management What You'll Bring





We're looking for someone who enjoys combining technical accounting expertise with strong client relationship skills. Ideally you'll have: Several years' experience within Business Services and Taxation Solid public practice accounting experience CA or CPA qualification (or substantial progress towards completion) Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and individuals Strong communication and client management skills Experience using Xero and related accounting technologies A genuine interest in advisory work and career progression Why This Role Stands Out
