As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end-to-end recruitment journey from sourcing to onboarding. Reporting to the Principal – Talent Acquisition, you`ll work closely with HR partners and hiring leaders to connect top talent with the right opportunities while keeping the experience seamless for everyone involved. ideally within the mining or heavy/blue-collar space Strong stakeholder management skills at all levels Solid grasp of employment contracts and conditions Great time management and multitasking abilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented Relevant qualifications in Business or HR are a plus, but not essential About us
