This is your chance to join a thriving residential communities developer, backed by a strong pipeline of projects and a clear vision for the future. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for a talented and hands-on Marketing Executive to become a driving force within their marketing team, helping to bring each new community to life from the ground up.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this newly created role is suited to someone with around five years' experience, ideally at Marketing Executive or Senior Marketing Coordinator level, or a Marketing Coordinator ready to step up in responsibility. This is a project marketing focused role where your work will directly shape how people discover, engage with and fall in love with each community.

The role includes:

Bring communities to life through engaging social media and content, from planning and shooting through to posting, while managing external agencies and creative partners to a high standard

Keep project and corporate websites sharp and performing, owning copywriting, updates and SEO to drive organic traffic, alongside CRM management, EDM campaigns and lead nurture through the sales funnel

Lead campaigns end to end,



from concept and creative through to execution and reporting, and coordinate a busy calendar of launches, display suite openings, activations and community events that create genuine buzz

Develop marketing collateral across every touchpoint and build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, all while getting hands-on wherever the lean team needs an extra pair of hands

About you

Around 5 year's marketing experience, ideally within property, construction, development or a related industry

Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related field

Strong digital marketing skills and a solid understanding of the full marketing mix

A true generalist: equally creative and analytical, with a good eye for detail and design

Comfortable working hands-on in a lean team and wearing multiple hats

Proficient in the full Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress; familiarity with AI tools is a bonus

Confident managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities with ease

Driver's licence and own vehicle for site visits
