Lander Support is looking for compassionate and organised people to assist in supporting people with disabilities and their families. We have a growing client base requesting Support Workers meaning there is the opportunity for a diverse and full working week. Hold a licence Have a car Able to obtain a blue and yellow card Able to undergo a police check Fluency in English Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Helping with household tasks Helping clients learn recent skills Doing grocery shopping and preparing meals Working with doctors and therapists to ensure support Adjusting and adapting communication and body language to suit client needs Supporting clients to develop new hobbies and interests Transporting and accompanying clients to appointments
