About the Role Candidates must have insurance product specialty knowledge in either property, construction or engineering and have rolled it out to a current market.

Duties / Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain the end to end Program Plan, aligning business requirements, functional design, and delivery timelines across the Change Portfolio

Oversee integration of the Target Operating Model, working closely with the Operations Manager and underwriting, claims, and core functions to ensure products are operationally supportable at go-live

Partner with the Program Sponsor and senior stakeholders across GSI, Great Lakes, and IT,



maintaining a robust communications plan throughout the program lifecycle

Design and own the program's governance framework, managing risks, issues, dependencies, and budget

Lead and oversee Project Managers and Business Analysts, establishing effective delivery structures across geographically dispersed teams

Skills and Experience

Significant, demonstrable experience in Program Management, ideally within general insurance or reinsurance

Specialist product knowledge across property, construction, and engineering insurance lines

Strong understanding of the Australian insurance market, including relevant regulatory bodies and compliance requirements

Proven experience partnering with Underwriting and claims functions to shape operationally sound products

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at Executive and Program Sponsor level

Working knowledge of project methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches

Experience delivering global change and transformation programs, ideally with exposure to the APAC region

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
