Job Description We're looking for a hands-on Customer Service & Product Specialist to join our small, high-performing team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing product advice, processing orders, handling enquiries, and supporting day-to-day operations across the business.

As a Key Member Of Our Team, You Will

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

Provide product recommendations and technical guidance





Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers

Assist with warranty enquiries and claims

Support inventory and stock management activities

Help with warehouse operations and goods movement when required

Collaborate with the wider team to deliver outstanding customer service

This is a genuine all-hands-on-deck workplace where everyone contributes to the success of the business.

Qualifications About You

You don't need to be a mechanic, but you will have:

Previous customer service experience, preferably within automotive, transport, industrial, or parts-related industries

A genuine interest in vehicles, mechanical products, or automotive performance

Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers over the phone

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

The ability to learn technical product information quickly

A positive, team-first attitude

Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Highly Regarded

Automotive parts interpreting experience

Suspension, truck, heavy vehicle, or aftermarket product knowledge

Warehouse or inventory experience

Experience with warranty administration
