Join Our Growing Team – Telemarketing Team Leader / Manager We're looking for an experienced and motivated Telemarketing Team Leader / Manager to join our growing financial services and wealth creation business in Broadbeach. This is a hands-on leadership role working closely with a small, boutique telemarketing team. You'll be responsible for helping the team perform at their best, maintaining lead quality, driving results and creating a positive, high-performing team environment. What You'll Be Doing

Lead, motivate and support a small telemarketing team Monitor team performance, results and conversion rates Coach team members to improve their communication and performance Help manage daily call activity and lead flow Identify areas for improvement and implement better processes Assist with training and onboarding new team members Lead by example and maintain a positive team culture What We're Looking For





Previous experience in telemarketing and outbound calling Previous team leadership or management experience preferred Strong communication and people-management skills Confident, motivated and results-driven Ability to coach and bring the best out of a team Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A positive attitude and willingness to get hands-on What We Offer
