Council is seeking a dedicated and reliable Painter to join our team, helping to maintain Council’s buildings, facilities and community assets to a high standard Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Undertake painting, graffiti removal, signwriting and line marking on Council assets. Coordinate and complete painting works across Council facilities and community assets. Prepare surfaces, mix and apply paint and coatings using appropriate equipment and techniques. Construct and dismantle scaffolding as required. Order and manage materials required for painting works. Provide quotes and maintain accurate records of painting work and associated costs. Complete work orders, asset inspections and required documentation accurately and within required timeframes. Operate and maintain plant,



vehicles and equipment in accordance with relevant procedures and safety requirements. Provide qualified advice and options to internal and external customers. Work collaboratively with other trades and contribute to the day-to-day outputs of the Trades section. Ensure Australian Standards, Codes of Practice, WHS requirements and Council procedures are followed. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
