to lead our Bondi Store, to bring the energy, passion and excitement of the Swatch brand to life, every minute

The Opportunity This is more than a retail role. It’s an opportunity to be a leader, coach and brand ambassador for one of the most exciting brands in Australia.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of your store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll lead from the front, inspire your team and help create unforgettable customer experiences that reflect the creativity, energy and individuality of the Swatch brand. You’ll be a role model for exceptional service, product knowledge and sales performance, helping your team reach their potential while ensuring the store operates at its very best.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Champion a customer-first culture and deliver an unforgettable experience

Lead by example, inspiring your team through exceptional service and product knowledge

Support the Store Manager to lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Regularly coach team members,



identify opportunities and unlock their potential

Monitor selling skills and provide feedback to improve performance

Build meaningful customer relationships and confidently handle escalated concerns

Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding and training of recent team members

Analyse sales and KPI results to identify opportunities for improvementHelp maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards that bring Swatch to life

Support day-to-day store operations and ensure the store runs smoothly

Assist with reporting, administration and compliance requirements

Maintain accurate inventory management and stocktake processes

Uphold company policies, procedures and Swatch brand standards

What You'll Bring

Previous experience in an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor or retail leadership role

Strong sales skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve targets

Strong coaching and people development skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisation, time management and problem-solving skills

Computer literacy, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Enthusiasm, self-motivation and confidence to lead by example

You'll Stand Out If You Have

Experience in watches, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or premium retail

A passion for design, innovation and customer experience

The ability to create excitement, energy and engagement within your team

A natural ability to step up, take ownership and support your Store Manager
