Residential Project Manager

to take the lead on a portfolio of high-end residential projects in Townsville.

This role is suited to a Project Manager who has a strong background in

premium residential property builds , takes genuine pride in quality and craftsmanship, and has the experience and confidence to manage projects from commencement through to completion.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, on programme and within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, trades and project stakeholders.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards, on programme and within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with clients, trades and project stakeholders.

About the Role Your responsibilities will include:

Managing high-end residential projects from pre-construction through to completion

Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants

Managing project schedules, budgets, procurement and variations

Monitoring construction progress, quality and workmanship





Conducting regular site inspections and coordinating project requirements

Managing client expectations and maintaining strong professional relationships

Identifying and resolving issues proactively

Ensuring projects remain on programme and within budget

Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting

Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, building standards and safety requirements

About You To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced and driven Project Manager with a proven background in

residential property construction , ideally within the high-end or bespoke market.

You will bring:

Proven experience managing residential building projects

Experience with high-end residential builds highly regarded

Strong understanding of residential construction methods, trades and project sequencing

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality

Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

A proactive and solutions-focused approach

The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects

Relevant construction qualifications

A current and appropriate

QBCC licence

Solid knowledge of Queensland building requirements and standards
