We are currently looking for a Transport Controller to join our dynamic team in our Hallam, VIC branch. Key responsibilities

Allocating transport & logistics for machines within own tilt trays and contractor transport Assisting with allocating for Operator/Transport jobs Dealing with internal departments for booking transport Creating and approving Purchase orders for transport General Office administration Sourcing the best possible transport rates and availability Assist in ensuring maintenance, safety and compliance of all trucks is maintained Liaising with customers for delivery,



collection times and access to sites Ability to follow up and respond to all duties/tasks/enquiries About you

Exceptional organizational and customer service skills Positive clear English with a good phone manner High level multi-tasking skills in a high-volume environment Work well under pressure with a proactive attitude Prior experience within the access hire industry preferred High level of communication skills to liaise with high turnover of calls and emails About us
