Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate identification, sourcing, ordering, and supply of parts for our workshop technicians and retail customers.

Key responsibilities

Interpreting and identifying automotive parts using manufacturer catalogues and systems

Supplying parts to technicians efficiently to support workshop productivity

Processing customer and trade enquiries via phone, email, and in person

Ordering and receipting stock from suppliers

Maintaining inventory accuracy and stock control

Preparing customer quotations and invoices

Assisting with warranty parts returns and claims

Maintaining a clean, organised, and qualified parts department

Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction
