Full time position for dedicated and motivated Pastry Cooks/Chefs and Bakers with room for growth in Australia with sponsorship opportunities available. Key responsibilities Dough mixing, Pastry Mixing, Laminating and Sheeting of Pastry Kneading, hand moulding and scaling dough Monitoring and adjusting oven temperatures determine baking times Inspecting quality of products throughout production process Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment and surrounding, apply with occupational health and safety regulations Ensuring wastage is minimised and budget of supplies and materials are adhered About you At least 2 years of relevant experience Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry Willingness to constantly learn and be inspired Possess effective communication skills A work ethic with a focus on continual self-improvement Creative drive and a genuine interest in food history and trends
