About the Role We’re seeking a Trainee Miller, to work under the supervision of a Senior Miller, the key role of a Miller (level 1) is to develop skills and competencies to take responsibility for production of stockfeed following correct processes and procedures, at the required standard.

Understand our production process and your key responsibilities
Willingness to learn and develop in the industry

Understanding and adhering to RSF’s policies and procedures
Ensure hygiene standards are kept and maintained across the site
Achievement of Level 1 Competencies as per the Reid Miller Competency Matrix
Days 61-90 |
Commitment to training
Completion of first 2 FeedSafe modules.
Become competent using Genius platform
