Customer Service & Work Order Administrator The Mould Doctor

Full-time position, Monday to Friday

Permanent part-time may be considered for the right candidate

About the Role The Mould Doctor is looking for a reliable, organised and customer-focused person to join our Customer Service Team.

This is a busy role combining customer service, administration and a high volume of data entry.

A large part of your day will involve receiving and processing work orders from property managers, customers and other clients, entering information accurately into our systems and making sure every job has the correct details before it progresses through the business.

You will also be one of the first points of contact for our customers, so being confident on the phone, professional in your communication and comfortable helping people is important.

This role would suit someone who enjoys structured administrative work, likes keeping information organised and takes pride in getting the details right.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Answering incoming customer phone calls

Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email

Receiving and processing incoming work orders

Entering work order information accurately into our CRM and operating systems

Creating and updating customer, property and job records

Checking work orders to make sure all required information has been provided

Following up customers, property managers and clients where information is missing or requires clarification

Updating job information as new instructions or information are received

Reviewing customer and property details for accuracy

You will regularly be entering detailed information from work orders, emails and customer conversations into our systems.

Accuracy matters.

The information you enter is relied upon by other teams throughout the business, so we are looking for someone who can work efficiently while still checking the details.

You should be comfortable spending a significant part of your working day using a computer and working across multiple systems.

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

At least 1 year of administration, customer service or data-entry experience

Confidence speaking with customers over the phone

Strong computer skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Experience using a CRM, job management, order management or similar system would be highly regarded

Fast and accurate data-entry skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Good written communication skills

The ability to follow documented processes

Strong organisational skills

The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

The confidence to follow up missing or unclear information

The ability to work independently while also being part of a busy team

A reliable and consistent approach to your work

What We Are Really Looking For You do not need to know everything from day one.

We can teach you our systems, processes and the mould remediation industry.

What is harder to teach is attitude.

We are looking for someone who:

Genuinely enjoys helping customers

Is comfortable working with computers and entering detailed information

Takes pride in being accurate

Is happy to ask questions when something does not look right

Follows things through rather than leaving them for someone else
