Monthly Lunches

Monday to Friday

Start: 6:00am

Finish: 2:45pm

Morning Tea: 9:00am - 9:15am

Lunch: 12:15pm - 12:45pm

Key Responsibilities

Support fabrication and manufacturing operations

Ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to a consistent quality standard

Assist with improving operational efficiency and business outcomes

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment

Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures

Complete tasks accurately and meet required deadlines

Work effectively both independently and within a team

Undertake additional duties as required by management

About You We're looking for someone who is:

Organised and highly reliable

Passionate about producing quality work

Able to manage multiple priorities and workloads

Attentive to detail with a strong focus on accuracy

A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills

Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

Skills & Experience Previous experience in a similar field is highly regarded but not required. working with hand tools, and trade assists in metal fields also highly regarded.

Manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, fabrication, or production experience
