Wellbeing Manager

to lead our

Meaningful Life program

and enrich the lives of our residents at

Kardinia Parkside

Care Community.

Employment Type:

Permanent full-time, Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)

Remuneration:

$40 - $42 per hour (Depending on experience) + 12% superannuation

What You'll Do:





Lead a diverse and engaging program of events and activities that support physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeing.

Develop personalised engagement plans for residents, celebrating their unique backgrounds, preferences, and passions.

Coach and mentor our care team to deliver meaningful, daily interactions with residents.

Work closely with clinical and allied health teams to support resident mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

Be the creative driver behind a vibrant community culture where every resident can thrive.

What You'll Need:

A passion for enriching the lives of others and creating joyful experiences.

Experience in program coordination, lifestyle, wellbeing, or a similar role (aged care highly regarded).

Excellent creativity, organisation, and communication skills.

Leadership experience or a solid desire to coach and support a team.

A relevant qualification in health, aged care, community services, or leisure & lifestyle is desirable.

Willingness to complete:
