Summer Intern Program

is an 8-week paid experience designed to support you early in your career. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in a business area of your choice, while building future skills through structured learning and development. It’s your chance to see what it’s like to work at one of Australia’s largest financial institutions.

We’re inviting expressions of interest for our

2027–2028 Summer Intern Program .

Alongside real work experience, you’ll take part in networking, career coaching and a personalised action plan to help you understand your strengths and career goals.

At the end of the program, you’ll get the prospect to be considered for an early offer into the 2029 Graduate Program.

Eligibility

Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident

Be in your second‑last year of undergraduate or postgraduate study

Be available for full‑time employment during the intern placement period
